Camila Cabello is working in hard to distance herself and the solo music she’s bound to release soon from anything done with Fifth Harmony, by working with two musicians fans surely didn’t expect for her to team up with.
Taking to Instagram, the singer shared a picture of herself with rapper Pitbull and Latin singer J Balvin, that she simply captioned, “vroom vroom ????.”
Of course a picture such as this would only have fans assuming that a major collaboration is at hand, but it appears that Camila is already one step ahead! The singer has been spotted all over Miami, Florida within the last few days shooting a music video for the track.
It’s being rumored that the song is going to be called, “Hey Mama,” and without a doubt we’re sure it’s going to be one that’s going to get fans jumping out of their seats. The song is set to be a part of the soundtrack to the film The Fate of the Furious which is the eighth film in the Fast and Furious film franchises.
Thanks to the power of social media, fans were able to catch the singer shooting various parts of the video, which of course featured the music. We just know it’s going to get people up out of their seats, and there also appears to be a version of the song in Spanish, as Camila was also spotted shooting in both languages!
Camila also teased part of the video shoot with another picture on Instagram of herself holding the Cuban flag and writing, “pa mi gente latina stand up."
If it already wasn’t certain before, the days of Fifth Harmony are surely behind her. We for one, can’t wait to hear the single when it finally drops – which is also rumored to be some time in March of this year.
