Get ready, guys, because Charli D’Amelio just gave fans an in-depth look into her recent nose surgery! For those who missed it, the influencer revealed on July 17, that she had gotten surgery on her nose to fix a breathing problem that she developed last year, which was stopping her from participating in dance classes. Now, the TikTok star is taking her followers on the entire journey from start to finish.
In a video uploaded to YouTube on Friday, August 28 — titled “The Truth About My Nose Surgery” — the 16-year-old shared clips from a trip she took to the hospital in August 2019, after she broke her nose. From there, she visited a few doctors discuss fixing the breathing problems in her right nostril. On the morning of one of the procedures, Charli revealed to fans that the most “difficult” part was that she was unable to drink coffee until her nose fully healed. She also got filler injected into her nose and almost passed out while getting bloodwork done before the actual surgery.
Then, while the doctor did the surgery, fans were able to watch the entire thing go down. After she woke up in recovery, Charli revealed to fans that she was finally able to dance again!
As fans know, she first opened up about her breathing issues back in April.
“Fun story time, so I broke my nose in August and ever since then I have had breathing problems in my right nostril,” she wrote on Twitter at the time. “I was supposed to have surgery in November to fix it, but then I started having problems in my left nostril and now I can barley breathe out of my nose at all.”

Then, in July following the surgery, she uploaded a TikTok video with the caption, “Surgery is done and I am so beyond excited that I was finally able to fix my breathing! And soon I will be able to be in dance classes again!”
