Chloe Grace Moretz has recently been making headlines for her rumored rekindled romance with on and off boyfriend Brooklyn Beckham. While that's all up in the air as of late, one thing that is definitely true has to do with Chloe and a fan giving her cookies. Wait...what?! Yes, it's true the Neighbors 2 star actually had to call the police on a male fan who came up to her door and tried to hand over the sweet treats.
TMZ is reporting that a guy who looked to be around the age of 18 rode up to her house on a skateboard with a box full of cookies. Okay, while that might seem normal we have to remember that she is a celebrity and she didn't know this guy. These homemade cookies could have been made with any kind of ingredient the guy wanted.
Apparently, a neighbor of Chloe's came outside and starting asking the young man questions. The intruder asked if the house was Chloe's but the neighbor didn't give him a clear answer. To be honest, this was super responsible of him.
Not only is this a bit scary but Chloe was actually inside the house when the guy came over! She was the one that called the police yet the guy left before they arrived. Apparently, they still haven't caught him or gotten a chance to question him. TMZ is reporting that the investigation is ongoing.
Lately, celebrities like Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Emmy Rossum have all been targets of robbery and have had stalkers actually break into their homes. Luckily, in this case, Chloe didn't have to go through that experience yet there's no telling what would have happened if she opened the door for the fan.
Yes, even though he may have been young, there's no telling what he would have done. Sometimes, overly obsessed fans like to think they know the celebrity that they have idolized. They think they know what these stars do in their everyday lives, their feelings, their relationships with their families yet that's just not reality. Chloe did the right thing by calling the police if she felt uncomfortable. Hopefully, this was the last she will have to see of him now that the police have this incident on record.
