Get ready, you guys, because there’s a brand new show coming to Disney Channel, and boy, does it sound like it’s going to be good! It’s called Gabby Duran & the Unsittables, and lucky for you guys, we have all the exciting details on the highly anticipated series.
So get this, you guys — the show stars Kylie Cantrall, Maxwell Acee Donovan, Coco Christo, Nathan Lovejoy, Valery Ortiz, Callan Farris and more! But what’s it about, you ask? Well, the series follows a 13-year-old girl named Gabby Duran, who lands a job babysitting a group of misbehaving alien children disguised as everyday kids. But Gabby is certainly up for the task. Resourceful and courageous, she steps up to the challenge to protect these youngsters and their secret identities, and prove she’s the best babysitter in the galaxy. Wow, how awesome does that sound?! Yeah, with a cast and plot that epic, we just know the show is going to become our new obsession.
You might want to mark your calendars because the new show is set premiere on October 11, 2019, at 9pm EST/PST on Disney Channel. The network even dropped a trailer for the upcoming series on Thursday, August 29, and it got us even more excited — if that’s even possible.
You may recognize Kylie from her famous YouTube channel. Yep, the 14-year-old started her own series called Hello Kylie, where she’s interviewed musicians such as Pentatonix, MattyB, Jordyn Jones and more. She’s also made guest appearances on the Disney Channel series Bizaardvark and Raven’s Home. Oh, and did we mention that she’s dropped a few songs of her own? Yeah, she’s seriously so talented!
As fans know, this isn’t the only new show up Disney’s sleeve. They recently announced that they’re making a Lizzie McGuire reboot, which will air on their new streaming service, Disney+. Plus, they’re also working on a High School Musical spinoff show, called High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, so we definitely have a lot to look forward to!
