Let’s get a show of hands — who else is obsessed with Dove Cameron‘s brand new sunglasses line? Yep, for those who missed it, the Disney actress recently teamed up with Privé Revaux to drop her very own collection of eyewear, and fans cannot get enough of them! Now, the Descendants star just spilled all the tea on her new products exclusively to J-14, so prepare to fall even more in love with them.
“It was so much fun creating this line,” Dove gushed. “I had so many opinions on what I wanted it to look like. I wanted it to have things I would wear and that my fans would love, too! It was just such a special experience and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. The line features four frames and they turned out better than I ever could had imagined.”
The 23-year-old revealed that she was working on the collection for quite some time.
“I was working on the collection for about six months, maybe a little bit longer. It was a very empowering thing to see my designs come to life,” she told us. “Each pair of glasses also has an inspirational quote on the inside of them because I wanted them to give off good energy to whoever wears them.”
As fans know, the blonde beauty has been pretty busy lately. Besides starting her own sunglasses line, she also dropped her debut singles, “Bloodshot” and “Waste,” on September 27. On November 1, she released another new song, “So Good,” and it’s a total bop, TBH.
As for her acting career, the third and final Descendants flick premiered on Disney Channel back in August, but the Clueless: The Musical star admitted in October that the franchise may not be over just yet!
“I may or may not have heard something about something that I might be doing involving the franchise. I would never say that it’s over, but I also would never confirm anything at this time. I would be open to doing more,” she told Digital Spy. “To be completely honest, as an actor who is not beholden to Disney, I would say that I think it would be smart for them to capitalize on the brand that they created. I think it would be smart to do maybe a spin-off with maybe the younger characters. I know that Disney has been very specific about saying that this world doesn’t really ever end, it goes on forever and the possibilities are endless.”
