As much as everyone loves their favorite celebrities, there are some things that stars do sometimes that can definitely annoy people, including their own fans. And in a new viral thread on Reddit, people are calling out Hollywood for the stuff that goes on that they feel is just plain not cool.

“What annoys you most about celebrities and why?” the post, which has gained more than 7,000 replies, reads.

“The consequences rarely fit the crimes they commit,” one person responded, with another user adding, “Like how when a celebrity is caught with drugs it’s a ‘scandal,’ but when a normal person does it it’s two years in jail, and five years probation?”

Another person pointed out, “They are given so much free stuff but have the money to pay for it.”

A fourth comment read, “That they are given more weight to their words than experts or scientists.”

“They don’t annoy me. The fact that we, as a society, worship and shower them with wealth and platforms for their obviously useless opinions on complex issues is what is annoying,” another message read.

Other commenters claimed that celebrities are “out of touch with reality,” slammed the way they “try to seem relatable” and much more.

As fans know, the new thread comes just weeks after numerous influencers, including Bryce Hall, Nikita Dragun, Charli and Dixie D’Amelio, Tana Mongeau, James Charles and more, came under fire for attending parties amid the coronavirus outbreak. Social media star Tyler Oakley even called them out online, writing on Twitter, “If your favorite influencers are at huge house parties during a pandemic (and are dumb enough to post it on social media)… They are bad influences. Unfollow them.”

“Please consider social distancing, mask wearing and using your huge platforms to encourage responsibility during a worldwide pandemic,” he added.
