Francia Raisa is not going to stand for the haters, especially regarding her friendship with Selena Gomez. The actress, who donated her kidney to Selena and in turn, helped save Sel’s life, clapped back at a fan that accused her of only being famous because she was friends with the “Bad Liar” singer. And her response was everything.

“THE ONLY REASON WHY YOU BECAME AN ACTRESS IS BECAUSE YOU ARE KNOWN TO BE SELENA’S FRIEND I MEAN YOU GAVE SELENA A KIDNEY AND YOU HAVEN’T EVEN GONE TO SEE HER WHAT A SHAME!!!!!!” the fan wrote on one of the 30-year-old’s Instagram posts. But Francia was quick to point out that she was acting long before she even met Selena.

“If you are as big of a fan as you say you are you would know that Selena and I met through Disney Channel while we were both acting on different TV shows,” she fired back. “My kidney donation was a personal choice and we chose to share it with you. Not every hang out needs a post. Appreciate you and the love you have for my girl. Enjoy the movie tonight.”

Wow, you go girl! Talk about killing ’em with kindness! The actress was referring to her new movie, Life-Size 2, which premiered on Freeform Sunday night. It’s the much-anticipated sequel to beloved classic flick Life-Size, about the doll Eve (played by Tyra Banks) that comes to life. As J-14 readers know, Selena and Francia actually met at a children’s hospital in 2007, when Selena was the star of Wizards Of Waverly Place and Francia was the star of The Secret Life of the American Teenager.

“Six years ago Disney and ABC Family had the stars of their shows go to the Children’s Hospital,” Francia explained to Latina Magazine in 2013. “Selena and I were in the same group and we just clicked.”

Eleven years later, they’re still super close and are legit BFF goals. They’re so close, in fact, that the actress even donated her kidney to the 25-year-old. Selena, unfortunately, suffers from the autoimmune disease lupus, which caused her to need the life-threatening surgery.

In a touching Instagram post, the “Hands to Myself” singer opened up about the operation: “There aren’t words to describe how I can possibly thank my beautiful friend Francia Raisa,” she wrote on Sept. 14, 2017. “She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me. I am incredibly blessed. I love you so much sis.”

I’m very aware some of my fans had noticed I was laying low for part of the summer and questioning why I wasn’t promoting my new music, which I was extremely proud of. So I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and was recovering. It was what I needed to do for my overall health. I honestly look forward to sharing with you, soon my journey through these past several months as I have always wanted to do with you. Until then I want to publicly thank my family and incredible team of doctors for everything they have done for me prior to and post-surgery. And finally, there aren’t words to describe how I can possibly thank my beautiful friend Francia Raisa. She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me. I am incredibly blessed. I love you so much sis. Lupus continues to be very misunderstood but progress is being made. Francia took to Instagram as well: “I am beyond grateful that God would trust me with something that not only saved a life, but changed mine in the process. This was part of our story, and we will share it soon, but what is important now is that this is not the only story,” Francia wrote at the time. “Love you sis, so glad we’re on this journey together.”

One thing is clear, don’t mess with Francia!
