This may be hard to believe, but it’s been more than 10 years since Good Luck Charlie first premiered on Disney Channel, and it’s truly shocking how quickly time flew by!

For those who forgot, the series premiered in April 2010 and went on for four seasons before it ended in February 2014, and since then, fans have longed for a comeback of the iconic show that also starred Bridgit Mendler, Shane Harper, Samantha Boscarino, Jason Dolley, Bradley Steven Perry, Mia Talerico, Raven Goodwin Leigh-Allyn Baker and Eric Allan Kramer. Seriously, how amazing would it be to see the Duncan family together again on screen?

Well, fans’ dreams came true in May 2020 when the entire cast reunited via Zoom and shared some epic memories from the show’s set.

“I’m just so grateful for that opportunity as a young actress to be able to spend so much time developing a character. Also, they were trying to entertain a family audience. They weren’t just trying to please kids, they were trying to reach everybody,” Bridgit said during the reunion, per Entertainment Tonight.

Jason added, “Everybody came to set every day wanting to make the best thing we could make. Especially with us, there was this instant connection and chemistry that we had that you can’t plan, you can’t recreate. Sometimes you just get lucky and it happens. And we all felt like a family pretty much right from the beginning. That translating to the screen, it becomes instantly relatable. Even 10 years later, you’re watching a family just like yours.”

Although the cast did get together for one epic internet reunion, there’s no plans to bring to bring the show back. That being said, there is another way to bring on the major nostalgia — and that’s by seeing where the epic cast is now!

J-14 rounded up some then-and-now photos of the actors and their transformations are pretty amazing. Bridgit, for one, has taken a break from the spotlight to focus on school. The former Disney star is studying for a PhD and has a position as a Director’s Fellow at the MIT Media Lab.

“I’ve written scripts, I’ve written music,” Bridgit shared on the “Techsetters” podcast in June 2021. “But I also feel like I’m really building upon something with my research [at MIT] and so that’s something that I want to continue to build upon.”
