Brace yourselves, GOT7 fans. As you already know, the K-Pop group just wrapped the North and South American legs of their Eyes On You Tour, but that didn't stop them from stopping by J-14's Hollywood office to catch up with our very own Liam McEwan to talk all things music, touring, dance, culture, and more. In case you're – idk, living under a rock or something – GOT7 is undeniably taking the world by storm. The group consists of seven members – JB, Mark, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam and Yugyeom and yes, you're going to be obsessed. In our interview, JB explains the meaning of the Eyes On You concept, saying, "Eyes On You is the name of the album we most recently released. It's an album in which we believe the content is created well. And as an extension of that, during our performances, [we believe we are able to show] even better sides of ourselves. Thinking of the combination of this album and the performances at the mindest of synergy that could be created from it, we named the tour as such. I think generally it's an album and tour that encompasses our natural selves."
GOT7's first tour was the Around the World Tour back in 2014 – but they've grown a lot since then.
"This time around, we are are touring 17 cities – places we've not gone to previously. It's out first time in Europe as well as South America," Yugyeom says.
So yeah, it's safe to say things are even bigger and better than ever for the group.
