Pop star Harry Styles was given just 2.5 hours notice to fill in as host of The Late Late Show with James Corden, after James' wife went into labor, and he did an amazing job. The "Sign of The Times" singer made a big entrance to the show with a five-minute monologue which started, "No, your eyes do not deceive you – I am not James Corden. I am Harry Styles."

He then continued, “You may be wondering why I’m hosting tonight – and, yes, you are right: Donald Trump finally got sick of James’ jokes and deported him back to England. I am, of course, kidding… just half an hour ago, James and his wife Jules had a beautiful baby girl," to which the audience cheered.

Harry then went on to joke, "In fact, I was at the hospital just before coming over here, and she looks a lot like James – mainly because James looks like a giant baby."

Harry hosted the full show and also addressed THAT kiss, that was shown in the Carpool Karaoke Christmas special which was uploaded to YouTube yesterday. After showing a montage of pop stars singing "Santa Claus is Comin' To Town," the video ended with Harry and James having a Christmas kiss, which the singer joked would result in the pair having their own baby!

James announced his happy news in the early hours of the morning to his fans on Twitter saying, "Today we welcomed a beautiful baby daughter into the world. Both she and her mother are doing great. We can’t stop smiling."

The little girl, who has yet to be named, is a younger sister to six-year-old Max and three-year-old Carey. Back in September, James Corden revealed the gender of their baby telling press, "She’ll be arriving Christmas — we're very excited. It will be great, lovely. We're having a little girl, it’s going to be terrific." Congratulations to James and Julia.
