8 Of The Hottest Couples At The 2017 MTV Movie And TV Awards

This year some of the biggest celebrities came out for the 2017 MTV Movie and TV Awards. Everyone from Zac Efron to Noah Cyrus to Big Sean showed up and looked flawless, obviously.

But we couldn’t help but notice all of the couples that got super cozy on the red carpet and during the show! There was tons of PDA, and fans pretty much got the feeling that these couples used this event for date night. It was super cute. No one could deny that the couples that were there were totally head over heels for each other!

Anastasia Karanikolaou, Kylie Jenner’s best friend, couldn’t keep her hands to herself as she kissed and cuddled her boyfriend Sammy Wilk before the show. To be honest, they were totally making everyone around them blush. But Stassie and Sammy weren’t the only ones to head up the red carpet. Cierra Ramirez and Jeff Wittek wouldn’t leave each other’s sides either!
