Congratulations are in order for former R5 band member Rydel Lynch! The sister of former Disney Channel star Ross Lynch officially married her longtime love Capron Funk in Arizona on Saturday, September 12, and posted photos from the celebration on Instagram Stories.
The musician, 27, shared a photo of her and her now-husband’s wedding bands with a caption that read, “XO, the Funks.”
Leading up to the big day, Rydel and Capron, 27, shared multiple snaps from their wedding location.
Rydel also showed off the white gown she wore to their rehearsal dinner.
“YA GIRL’S GETTIN’ MARRIED TOMORROW!” the blonde beauty captioned the Instagram photo, on Friday, September 11.
As fans know, this isn’t the first time that Rydel and Capron tied the knot. Previously, on August 26, the couple announced that they had eloped during a secret ceremony in California. At the time, Capron and Rydel documented the entire thing on their joint YouTube channel. They also hosted a mock wedding in April with a few select family members present at a tiny chapel in the “middle of nowhere,” due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“It’ll be our third time getting married on the wedding, wedding,” Capron told their YouTube viewers before they eloped.
Capron and Rydel first started dating in June 2019. While she was performing alongside her siblings at a The Driver Era concert in Los Angeles, Capron held up signs asking Rydel to be his girlfriend. Then, this past February, Capron got down on one knee and asked Rydel to marry him while both of their families were playing softball together. They announced the big news via Instagram while wearing matching shirts from their engagement day.
Rydel showed off her engagement ring alongside the caption, “I said hell yes.”
