In two new PSAs for PhoneGuard, Justin Bieber speaks passionately about putting an end to texting and driving. "I get it. It's tempting to text and drive, but maybe it's time to take responsibility for our actions," Justin says.

PhoneGuard makes an app called DriveSafe, which disables the texting and email functions of phones when you're in a car going more than 10 miles per hour and is currently available as a free download for Blackberry and Android smart phones at PhoneGuard.com.
In the second PhoneGuard PSA, Justin partners with the Brown family to help spread their message. He first met Katrina Brown, who lost her sister Alex to texting and driving (and shared her story in J-14's April issue) on an episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, and is determined to help make a difference in her family's life.
"Justin was greater than I ever imagined," Katrina tells J-14. "When I'm having trouble thinking about Alex's death, I hear him tell me 'Never say never' and I know I can't give up.'"
