Jake Paul has been known to well, ruffle a few feathers lately with his antics. From causing a ruckus in his neighborhood, making diss tracks, to making racist comments to a fan, it really didn't come as much of a surprise when both Jake and Disney Channel mutually decided to part ways. As you may know, he had a starring role on the series Bizaardvark, but in light of his recent life choices and headlines he made, it was time to move on from the network. Jake has said before his departure from Disney Channel was nothing but pleasant on both ends and no one had any hard feelings. His former cast-mates took the news of him leaving show overall pretty well despite being bummed about it all, especially Ethan Wacker who shed some tears knowing he wasn't going to be working every day with his new BFF. So what is Jake's relationship with the network like today? When talking to Entertainment Tonight at the Teen Choice Awards, Jake confirmed everything is fine and dandy and he even predicts he and Disney will one day join forces again.
"Disney was like such an amazing experience, always for me, such a huge part of my life. I literally have Mickey Mouse tattooed on me. It was a dream come true and I'm always rooting for the Bizaardvark cast, I'm always rooting for Disney Channel and I see us working together in the future. I love them and they'll always be a part of my life," Jake said.
Huh, okay. So despite the fact that Jake said he is ready to do more mature types of content, he still has a special place in his heart for DC and could see them working together again. Nice to know they're all still on good terms despite parting ways. He did go on to hint that he's just getting started when it comes to pursuing his career as an actor, along with still working on his vlog life, of course.
"I'm most excited to continue just to grow my vlog channel and innovate content there as well as making more music and I might be working on some movies and TV shows," he said.
Movies and TV shows?! We know these aren't a part of the Disney schedule so it's going to be interesting to see what exactly Jake comes up with that's for sure.
