Well guys, the moment we’ve all been waiting for is here. Prepare yourselves because the Jonas Brothers are officially coming back! That’s right, almost six years after their heartbreaking split, multiple sources confirmed to Us Weekly that our favorite boy band are planning an epic reunion. WE’RE SCREAMING.
The outlet reported that the Nick, Joe and Kevin are going to drop the word “Brothers” from the band name and will just be called “JONAS” now. The Sun also reported that they’re going to release new music as well as a documentary about their reunion.
“This is going to be one of the biggest music reunions in years,” an insider told them. “It’s no secret that things weren’t great by the end of the Jonas Brothers, but blood is thicker than water and they’ve healed their rift in the years since the split. After enjoying solo music success and taking time to work on passion projects, they feel that now is the right time to get back together.”
Although there’s been no talk of a tour yet, we’re praying that the boys hit the road to perform the new songs because one thing’s for sure — if they do tour we will be at EVERY. SINGLE. SHOW. We’re already saving our money up and clearing out our schedules, TBH. We wonder if they’ll sing some old tunes? Will we finally hear the songs from their cancelled fifth studio album, V? WE HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS.
As J-14 readers know, rumors first started swirling that the boys were getting back together after Nick liked a series of mysterious tweets last week.
“I may not seem phased by the monthly rumors of a Jonas Brother reunion these days but you can bet I’ll be at the venue and front row three days before doors even open *when* it happens,” a fan wrote on February 16, 2019, which Nick hit the like button on.

The “Jealous” singer also liked a tweet that read, “11 years ago I became a fan of the Jonas Brothers but I never had the chance to see them live. If a reunion is really gonna happen I will be the happiest man on earth.”

Not to mention the fact that the president of iHeartMedia posted a snap with Joe at a Grammys afterparty and captioned it, “Planning the year of Jonas.”

And although the boys have all been pretty busy doing their own things recently — Joe’s about to marry Game Of Thrones actress Sophie Turner, Nick just tied the knot with Priyanka Chopra and Kevin’s raising his two daughters, Alena and Valentina, with his wife, Danielle Jonas — they’ve still found time to hang out a lot. We mean, they are brothers after all.
Well guys, we’re going to hang our all of our old posters back up and whip out our old CDs so we’ll TTYL.
