We don’t mean to alarm anyone, but we might soon have a collaboration with Cheryl and actual Justin Bieber on our hands very soon. It’s been reported that the collaboration — said to have been set up with Chezza’s boyfriend Liam Payne — was the reason she was heading to the US over the weekend.
A source told The Sun: “Cheryl is set up to meet with Justin Bieber on her LA trip — to discuss finally doing that track together. Set-up by Liam — a big favor… Biebs has said 'cool, let's hang out and talk' but he can be notoriously flaky — and ruthless when it comes to his music."
UPDATE: Sorry guys, Chezza's guys got in touch and told us it isn't true after all. Awks.
This comes after fans got all excited after spotting Cheryl at the US embassy last Thursday, with a few fans sharing pics of her on Twitter. It was the first time she’d been spotted out in public since giving birth to baby Bear in March.
It came after she revealed she was going back to work at L’Oreal earlier this month. Posting on her Instagram she wrote 'Back at it @lorealmakeup #worthit'.
So no, a collab isn't happening after all.
