Justin Bieber has a lot going on in his life and we’re not talking about his music. The “Sorry” singer reportedly has been in a bad place mentally for awhile, which is why he canceled the last leg of his Purpose Tour. Sources are saying that he’s doing better now, just two weeks after pulling the plug. While the singer has made it clear that his emotions and mental health were basically exhausted after being on the road for two years, details were still vague. Finally, Beliebers may have some answers about how Justin’s really feeling at the moment.

A source told People magazine, “Justin is hanging out in L.A. with friends. He feels really bad to disappoint many of his fans. This is why he decided to write the open letter. He still feels he made the right decision.” Just before the weekend, Justin penned a note to all of his followers trying to sort out some of the mess. He actually admitted that jealousy, bitterness, and fear had started to run his place. He said his past relationships had dictated how he treated other people today – which some believe was a dig at Selena Gomez, but we’ll save that for another day.

According to this new source, however, things are looking up. The insider continued, “He started out in the business as a kid, but he is older now. He wants to have control over his life and health. He hasn’t been feeling well mentally for a while. Canceling the tour was the right thing for him…He needed to take a break and just focus on himself. He is doing better already. He is focused on his spiritual journey. He wants to be stronger mentally.”

The Biebs has been apparently leaning on his church friends during this rocky path. He is part of the Hillsong Church in New York City and has been seen with the lead pastor, Carl Lentz, on numerous occasions since canceling the tour. Some say Carl has actually acted like a father figure in Justin’s life recently. It looks like he’s been getting a ton of support not only from his church friends but from his real family too. His dad, Jeremy Bieber, and his little brother Jaxon Bieber have since paid the star a visit in Los Angeles.

Our fingers are crossed that he really is pulling his life back together one piece at a time. We’d hate to see him completely lose it since he’s clearly working hard to be his best self.
