Hey #Jelena shippers, you might want to prepare yourselves… Justin Bieber just sent the internet into a frenzy when he liked an adorable throwback photo of himself and his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez! Yep, that’s right. See for yourself.
The picture was posted on Instagram by an account called @JustinsOutfits. It showed the “Come and Get It” singer sitting on Justin’s lap with her arm around him and her face super close to his. It’s a pretty adorable pic, if you ask us!
Now, the photo is actually the second snap in a seven picture gallery, so Justin may not have even realized he was liking the cute throwback picture. The first photo was another throwback picture of himself and Katy Perry, so he it’s definitely possible that he hit the like button for that. But still, the Jelena feels are hitting us pretty hard.
As fans know, the “Love Yourself” crooner recently went on a major Instagram rant about fans shipping him and his former flame. The heartthrob shared a screenshot of his convo with an internet troll who claimed he was only married to Hailey Baldwin to get Selena’s attention to his Instagram Stories.
“Stop sending Hailey and I these [messages.] If you love me, screenshot this and repost everywhere,” he wrote. “Why would I dedicate my whole life to someone in marriage to get back to my ex? Anyone who believes this is mean spirited or 10 years old or younger because a logical person doesn’t talk or think this way. You should be ashamed of yourself. I absolutely love and loved Selena, she will always hold a place in my heart, but I am head over [heels] in love with my wife and she is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to me, period.”
“The fact that you want to spend your day dedicating yourself to hate says a lot about you,” the “Love Yourself” crooner continued. “This is a reply to all [the] immature, sick people who send Hailey hurtful messages like, ‘He always goes back to Selena,’ or, ‘Selena is better for him.’ You have no idea [about] my life and what’s good for me! Hailey is my bride, period. If you don’t like that or support that that means you don’t support me.”
OK, so as much as we miss Jelena, it’s clear how in love with Hailey Justin truly is. And we all just want him to be happy, right?
