Now that Liam Payne is officially a daddy, his family has a lot to say. Throughout Cheryl Cole's pregnancy, the couple and both respective families stayed super quiet. But, now that the babe is here things are changing. Both of Liam's sisters have mentioned the new addition to their family on social media and their sweet messages are amazing. It's seriously so cute how happy they are for Liam!
Ruth Payne Gibbins shared on Twitter, "Happy first mothers day @CherylOfficial 💙 eeek i just love him xxx."

If fans remember correctly, it was actually Ruth who defended Liam and Cheryl for not announcing or talking about the pregnancy. Just after Cheryl stepped out with her pregnant belly and rumors were running rampant, Ruth took to social media to share her thoughts. She said, "Bump or no bump, announced or not,it's completely up to my brother and cheryl what parts of there private lives they choose to share and when."
Obviously she's super protective but now that the baby is here Ruth couldn't be more excited to publicly congratulate Cheryl. Liam's sister Nicola Payne also chimed in on social media. She wrote on Twitter, "What a lovely day today has been!!! I honestly didn't know love at first sight until today. Xx."

Even though this is super vague, we have a feeling she's talking about the baby. After that tweet she followed up by wishing all mothers a happy mothers day. After months of staying quiet, the word is finally out and confirmed. While Liam's sisters are keeping everywhere aware of their feelings, there is a photo circulating around on Instagram that is supposedly a message from Karen Payne – the One Direction crooner's mom.
The post reads, "Finally I can boast that I'm a grandmother! The happiest grandmother! I'm very proud of my children. Everything I've been doing lately is crying, because I'm very happy, now I have the most beautiful grandson in the world....Thanks God."
While we have a feeling that Liam's mom probably is very happy, it's important to note that this account is FAKE. And she didn't really write the message. Ruth even slammed the account for being fake.
@realkarenpayne on instagram is NOT my mum, wish everyone would stop quoting a hyper troll— Roo Gibbins (@RuthPayne0990) March 27, 2017
Now all we have to do is wait for the 1D guys to break their silence on the whole thing. Oh yeah and for Liam's little guy to meet his future best friend, Freddie Tomlinson.
