Get ready to bring on all the feels, Hannah Montana fans, because Miley Cyrus and Emily Osment just reunited for an Instagram Live! That’s right, the former costars teamed up for an episode of Miley’s new online series, “Bright Minded,” and seeing them together again gave fans a major wave of nostalgia.
For those who missed it, from Monday through Friday at 11:30 A.M. PST, the “Wrecking Ball” songstress goes live on Instagram with various guests to discuss ways people can stay positive amid the coronavirus pandemic. During the segment, the two ladies reminisced about their time on the Disney Channel show together, and discussed how their friendship has changed over the years.
“You are gonna be shooketh,” Miley told her viewers while introducing Emily. “This is the reunion of the decade! My BFF that shared the screen with me for the last 15 years. On and off screen she’s a bad**s best friend, whether for Hannah or Miley, she’s always there for her.”
The ladies even opened up about their first day of press for the TV show. Miley recalled, “My teeth had all decided to fall out … so my mom had to get me fake teeth.”
“As we were starting to get a little older, I remember it kind of feeling a little strange to put on a tutu and a wig,” she continued about the Disney show. “They say you get younger as you get older. Now I put on wigs and dance around the house … I was getting paid then and now I’m just doing it for s**ts and giggles.”
Previously, Demi Lovato and Hailey Baldwin made appearances in the 27-year-old singer’s Instagram series. Her future guests include her sister Noah Cyrus and dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, Hilary Duff, Bebe Rexha and Dua Lipa. Wow, we seriously can’t wait!
