Not giving up. Naya Rivera‘s ex-fiancé, Big Sean, took to Twitter in an attempt to urge police to keep looking for the Glee star, after she was reported missing on Wednesday, July 8.

The rapper liked a series of tweets about the situation, with one reading, “Since they want to suspend the search for Naya Rivera let’s inform them that the world is watching. KEEP SEARCHING FOR NAYA RIVERA. HER SON NEEDS HER!”

For those who missed it, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department told Us Weekly that the actress rented a motorized pontoon boat on Lake Piru near Los Angeles, CA. But when she didn’t return on time, the staff went looking for her and discovered her 4-year-old son, Josey, alone on the boat.

“It is believed that Naya and her son were swimming in the lake near the boat and as they were getting back into the boat, her son made it into the boat and Naya went under water and did not resurface,” the department said in a statement.

Captain Eric Buschow also told the outlet that Josey was found wearing a life vest, but that “another vest [was found] on board the boat for an adult, so it looks like [Naya] was not wearing” hers.

“The fact that she was seen in the water shows there is a high likelihood that she drowned,” he added, noting that “all indications point” to the 33-year-old being dead.

Police added that “the search for Naya was terminated at 10:00 P.M. due to darkness and safety of the search and rescue officers,” and that it was set to resume at 6:30 A.M. the next day.

The “I Know” crooner also hit the like button on a tweet that a fan had posted, with a screenshot of her calling the police.

“I just called police station and they are still searching for Naya Rivera,” it read.

Finally, he hit the like button one last time, on a screenshot of an old tweet by Naya that read, “No matter the year, circumstance, or strifes, everyday you’re alive is a blessing. Make the most of today and every day you are given. Tomorrow is not promised.”

As fans know, the two stars first went public with their relationship in April 2013, and announced their engagement six months later, in October 2013. But they called off the wedding in April 2014.
