From newer Nickelodeon shows like The Thundermans and Game Shakers to throwbacks like iCarly and Zoey 101, there are so many Nick cuties we have all grown up watching on TV. However, what they look like on screen may not exactly match up to the way they look IRL. Just take their beards and mustaches, for example.

Yep, that’s right. Some of the most iconic Nickelodeon stars may have been clean-shaven on their Nickelodeon shows – but if you catch them in their everyday lives, they might just be rocking a beard. From to Jack Griffo to Noah Munck, these guys are by no means strangers to rocking the scruff from time to time – which like, totally throws us off after watching them on Nick. Just take a look for yourself, and you’ll see how insane these transformations are. Watch the video below to see your favorite Nickelodeon cuties with and without their scruffy looks.

Whether it’s low-key stubble, a full-blown beard or a goatee, these looks make our fave Nick boys look like actual men. Nathan Kress, for one, really has evolved into quite the adult (er, dad) since his Freddie Benson days. The iCarly actor was just a pre-pubescent kid when we were first introduced to him in 2007 when the show premiered on Nickelodeon. But in the span of the past decade, Nathan has grown up, gotten married and even welcomed a baby girl into the world. And what better way to get into dad mode than growing a beard, right? Well, at least that’s what Nathan did.

Freddie, is that you?! It’s crazy what a beard can do to a guy. But with facial hair or not, these Nick guys are without a doubt legends.
