Rita Ora is currently working on new music – and recently guaranteed that she was not giving up on her singing career just because she has so many projects in the works. The Sun spoke to her at a recent launch for a clothing line, and she admitted that she is looking into collaborating with Harry Styles on her new music.
“I think all the One Direction boys are going solo or something. I’d love to collaborate with him, I love Harry," she said.
“I’ve been writing my own records and I haven’t thought about anyone else yet. I know that sounds selfish but you never know – when the record’s finished I could get Harry in there, yeah.”
“I got a bit emotional downstairs. I just feel like I've really missed my new songs and I've been listening to it coming over here and I can't wait for it to be on the radio and go back on the road and just be on tour again.
“So expect real lyrics about real things that I think people want me to talk about. It's very song based and I made it all in London.”
Everyone knows that the One Direction singer has quite the talent when it comes to writing emotional and touching lyrics, so this pair might make perfect sense. And after all, Harry's ex Taylor Swift collaborated with Zayn Malik from the band, and she also dated Rita's ex Calvin Harris, so maybe the pair can find common ground and similar inspirations for their duet.
