In case you missed it, Riverdale isn't the only show based off of the Archie Comics that The CW is working on. The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (yep, like Sabrina the Teenage Witch) is in development right now – and there is speculation that one of the Riverdale characters is actually a Spellman. A writer over at TV Guide has this mind-blowingly convincing theory that Cheryl Blossom, played by Madelaine Petsch, is actually a witch in the show. Here's why…

Many find the Blossom twin relationship kind of creepy, and there is good reason for that. Not only do Cheryl and Jason take romantic rides on their rowboat in matching white outfits, but there is some witch potential there. In Sabrina the Teenage Witch, every Spellman family member is born with a twin – one good, one evil. Given the fact that Cheryl has the twin thing going for her is proof, in this theory, that witchcraft could be in the red-headed beauty's nature.

In the Season 2 premiere of Riverdale, something weird happened. Well, actually everything that happened in the episode was pretty weird. But obviously, we're talking about Cheryl specially right now. As Archie's father was laying in his hospital bed, recovering from getting shot in Pop's Diner, Archie walked into Cheryl planting a kiss (with her very much real lips, thank you very much) right on his father's forehead. He was unconscious at this point, by the way.

Naturally, Archie was all, "What are you doing?" And Cheryl responded, "You gave me the kiss of life, and now I'm giving it to your dad." Here, she's referring to the fact that Archie is the only reason she's living right now, you know, considering he saved her from drowning in icy-cold Sweetwater River that one time. She's paying it forward, if you will, by returning the favor. The fact that Fred Andrews woke up right after the kiss could only be explained by magic. Yep, total witch.

Now let's talk about her wardrobe. We don't know about you, but witches aren't basic in our minds. They're so extra, and that describes Cheryl's sense of style perfectly. All white to a funeral? Absolutely unthinkable. A nurse-inspired look to visit her mom in the hospital? Downright savage. Antique brooches? V lavish. Oh, and isn't it weird that, also in the Season 2 premiere, she wore a heart pin to the hospital that was located on her lower right abdomen (AKA the location of Fred's gunshot wound). That's just creepy…

Like I'm-a-witch-creepy.
