Selena Gomez might be head over feels in love with her boyfriend The Weeknd, but girl was just spotting kissing someone else. OK, OK, before you start freaking out, it's all in the name of acting, since Sel is filming a brand new movie and there are tons of new pics straight from the set.
Selena is filming a role in director Woody Allen's still untitled new movie for Amazon Studios, co-starring along with Elle Fanning and Timothée Chalamet, who Sel was kissing while filming a scene where the pair is in a car together.
There really aren't any details out there about the film quite, but it's clear that Selena and Timothée's characters are love interests in some capacity. It's their first day on set together and they're already smooching up a storm, so now we're all just v curious to see what is in store for the on-screen pair.
It looks like everyone is having a blast already on set. Side-note: kind of loving the songstress' camel-colored jacket she's wearing in this scene.
If you're wondering who exactly this mystery guy is that Selena is working with, allow us to introduce you to the 21-year-old actor. He's originally from New York City and along with his stage roles, he's starred in movies like Men, Women & Children and Interstellar, and had reoccurring TV roles on Royal Pains and Homeland. He even co-starred with Teen Beach Movie and The Fosters star Maia Mitchell in the movie Hot Summer Nights too.
The actor previously dated legendary singer Madonna's daughter, Lourdes Leon, a few years back, so you know, he's been rather busy! This upcoming project is for sure going to be something totally different from what the "Bad Liar" singer has done in the past and after some time stepping back from acting, it's great to see her back in front of the camera for a new movie.
