Selena Gomez was noticeably absent from the 2015 Grammys because she was shooting her music video collaboration with Zedd, "I Want You to Know"! While her besties were dancing in the front row of the awards show, she was filming retro scenes for her latest project.

😛 I WANT YOU TO KNOW

This first look does not disappoint! We can definitely tell that she's going for more glamorous vibes with this video, and it already looks more lighthearted and whimsical than "The Heart Wants What It Wants."

She even included a teaser line (which is probably a lyric from the song), "I'm better under your reflection…" Um, do you think she's saying that her new DJ boyfriend is better than her ex Justin Bieber?

Zedd also posted a photo from their shoot, though it gives us less of a hint of what the video will look like. It seems like he joined her on set too!

We can't wait to listen to her collaboration and watch the video, especially because it'll probably be all about her relationship with her new guy. But according to Ryan Tedder, the release may happen sooner than we think!

"I went on a run today and listened to it on repeat in my headphones," he spilled to Billboard. "And Selena did a bang-up job. She killed it. I'll leave it at this: I have a good feeling you might hear it before the end of the month."

That's so awesome, we can't wait! Based on how much she's been plugging her new track, she probably can't wait to share it with her Selenators either.

Are you excited for "I Want You to Know"? Do you think it will be her best song yet? Sound off in the comments!
