If you were obsessed with The Hunger Games, then you probably went on to read The Maze Runner, another popular YA dystopian trilogy. Like The Hunger Games, James Dashner's books are being adapted for the big screen, and the hunt for the lead role is finally over. It was just announced that the Teen Wolf actor Dylan O'Brien will play Thomas Murphy, the story's main protagonist.
In the book, Thomas wakes up in a maze, along side a group of teenage boys, and has no memory of how he got there. Playing along side the dreamy Teen Wolf actor will be Kaya Scodelario as Teresa, Aml Ameen as Alby, and Will Poulter as Gally.
In addition to his role as fan-favorite Stiles on MTV's Teen Wolf, Dylan appears in the upcoming movie The Intern with Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson. He'll also make a guest appearance along side Zooey Deschannel in FOX's New Girl on April 30, playing her former love interest!
