Love is in the air! The Originals actress Claire Holt announced the news on Instagram that she is officially engaged to her boyfriend Andrew Joblon. Not only does she seem over the moon excited about this new chapter in her life, but it's clear that she couldn't wait to share it with her fans either. Claire and Andrew fueled dating rumors in July after she posted several photos of the couple frolicking around on a European getaway. But, no one knew how serious their relationship really was. Claire was in a transition period in terms of her love life. She had just finalized her divorce from her husband of less than one year, Matthew Kaplan, just three months prior to her romp with Andrew.
Claire and Matthew had a long history together. They got engaged in 2015 and had been dating for several years before that momentous occasion. Sadly, the pair separated just days before celebrating their one year anniversary as a married couple. Now, it seems like Claire is ready to give newlywed life another try. She posted this photo with Andrew on Instagram and captioned the shot, "My heart is so full ❤️." THAT RING, THOUGH.
Fans were stunned by the new relationship, to say the least. Now, they are even more surprised by the engagement and quick to take to social media to give all of their opinions about it. One Twitter user wrote, “Is Claire Holt really getting married twice in two years ???.”

Another fan was just super confused by the whole thing bringing up the fact that Claire's previous marriage basically just ended. They wrote, "Claire Holt engaged? Didn’t she just got a divorce like few months ago?"

Regardless of the timeline, Claire is happy and that is all that matters. She has yet to announce a wedding date or any other details about the proposal but judging by the couple's public relationship, we can't imagine it would have been anything less than romantic. We can't wait to see how everything comes together for the wedding day. Congratulations to Claire, Andrew and the rest of their family and friends who are able to celebrate another love story!
