Supermodel Bella Hadid may have privately watched her relationship to The Weeknd crumble, but now it seems like the whole world is able to literally watch what could be a metaphor for their romance shatter. This is all speculative and The Weeknd nor Bella haven't commented on the theory, but lots of social media users seem to think that the "Starboy" singer totally threw shade at what they had together. It all goes down in his new music video for his track "I Feel It Coming" featuring Daft Punk.
The whole song is about finding a more serious love with a new girl. Of course, the song was written long before Bella and The Weeknd split and he started dating Selena Gomez. But, the music video came after the break up and something seems a bit odd about the entire thing.
There's a woman featured in video, who has a strong resemblance to Bella at certain points. Her name is Kiko Mizuhara. To be honest, she doesn't look like Bella at all in real life. But, when she's in the right frame, right makeup and right light in The Weeknd's video, the resemblance can't go unnoticed.
Kiko posted this video on her own Instagram with the caption, "I feel it coming !

Fans can't see it from just this clip that Kiko posted, BUT there's a portion of the video where both The Weeknd and Kiko turn to stone and crumble. Apparently, this is supposed to symbolize the relationship falling apart. Okay, YIKES. Does that mean that's how he felt about Bella? That they just didn't connect anymore and their love legitimately crumbled? It's super upsetting and shocking to think about.
However, again, this is all speculative. However, it's a bit ironic that Kiko has the same hair color, sharp features, beauty and type of skin as Bella.
We have a feeling that Bella might not be too excited when she sees this either. Even though they may have split a while go now, it's clear that she still isn't over the love that she had with The Weeknd. She hasn't been seen with a new man since the breakup but obviously, that's not the case for The Weeknd. He seems head over heels with Selena. He may not be commenting on his personal life but Bella opened up about how she feels about him since the breakup and it was devastating.
She said, "I'll always respect him, and I'll always love him," she said. "Sometimes you want to be sad about it or handle it differently, but at the end of the day, you never want to burn a bridge that you've fought so hard to build."
We're trying to hold out hope that The Weeknd wasn't channeling his past relationship with Bella during this video but the evidence is there.
