Miley Cyrus is one special human being. Not only does she constantly share photos on social media that some people might see as being too out there, but she is also a kind hearted person who has shown that she cares deeply about her loved ones and her friends. Turns out that Flaming Lips singer Wayne Coyne, and a friend of Miley's, agrees.

He has revealed to The Guardian now that the actress helped him out during a particularly rough time in his life after ending his marriage to his wife of 25 years. In 2014, Miley tweeted him happy birthday saying, “one of my favorite artists OF alllllll time.”

“I tweeted her back my phone number and said: ‘Text me.' Since then, we’ve texted each other every day. I’ll say: ‘What are you doing?’ and she’ll send me pictures of herself peeing. Sometimes it’s 1,000 times a day, sometimes it’s a couple of times a day, but we’re in each other’s lives.”

Wait, what? Toilet selfies? 1,000 text messages from Miley herself? What a life!

Miley has since even worked on the band's next project With A Little Help From My Fwends, and the guy cowrote her album, Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz and are planning on working on her next musical project together.

“She’s going to keep being a judge on The Voice, but I know she wants to make music at the same time. I’m thinking of a way we can make a record without her having to sit there for months and months. I think she likes it when it’s like: ‘You guys do some of the work, and then I get to come in and do something really cool.’”

Wow, this is such an odd pairing but we absolutely love it. They have been attending each other's birthdays since that initial tweet, so this means there is not telling what kind of friendships we can build if we simply reach out to the people we love and respect.

What would you do if you got a text from Miley like the ones Wayne gets? Tell us in the comments.
