In a last minute switcheroo, the top 10 American Idol guys will be taking the stage tonight instead of the girls, as previously planned.
Why? An official statement from Fox says, "Due to medical issues which would prevent Crystal Bowersox from performing tonight, the 10 male semifinalists will perform this evening, and the 10 female semifinalists will perform tomorrow night."
Other contestants in the past have gone on stage through ailments. The exact nature of Crystal's medical issue has not been announced, but J-14 wishes her a speedy recovery.
