Selena Gomez and The Weeknd's relationship went from zero to 100 real quick.

It was only a couple weeks ago that these two made their relationship public. Selena was caught hugging and kissing the "Star Boy" singer outside of a restaurant and fans went completely wild, obviously. It was so soon after him and Bella Hadid called it quits that no one believed the love affair was the real deal. But apparently, it is!

Sources told E! News, "He really likes her. They text every day. They have a really sexy and flirty relationship. They laugh and like each other's personalities."

Ahh! To be honest, texting a boy every single day is a huge deal. This clearly means that there is not only something romantic going on between them, but also a real friendship. It shows that they have things in common besides just thinking each other is attractive. And of course, that's how relationships get stronger by having a solid foundation.

The source continued, "As of now, they are just having fun and enjoying each other."

But, fans might be getting closer and closer to seeing The Weeknd and Selena hanging out on Instagram together. Clearly, they aren't afraid to show off PDA in public. After they were seen together for the first time, a source told Entertainment Tonight, "They were hugging, kissing, and being super affectionate. Selena was all over him — hugging him, kissing him. She looked amazing and so incredibly happy and in love. They had originally arrived to the restaurant separately, but left together."

So when can we expect these lovebirds to bring their affection online? Hopefully, soon! The Weeknd is following Selena on Instagram yet she hasn't returned the favor. Is she playing hard to get? LOL!
