Even though Fifth Harmony should be in the midst of celebrating their already beloved new music video for "That's My Girl," one of the girls has found herself in a new scandal. That's because fans across social media are fuming over Dinah Jane Hansen's latest Snapchat post.
The singer recently posted a Snapchat in which she uses the word 'gay' as an insult. In the video, you can clearly hear Dinah say, "He thinks he’s so cute, [but he’s] so gay." Watch the video below.
I found the @dinahjane97 from @FifthHarmony "gay" video. Not cute, girl. Not cute at all! pic.twitter.com/owYclptXWU

Naturally, when fans saw her Snapchat post, they took to Twitter to air their grievances with the singer:
The worst way to prove that dinah isn't homophobic is to show pics of her with the rainbow flag…like wow what a champion of lgbt rights 👏👏

I don't think Dinah is homophobic nor racist. She's just ignorant and u can't blame it on age anymore. Plus she doesn't care who she offends

YIKES! This certainly does not look good for Dinah Jane! We're hoping the singer will do some damage control on this situation as soon as she can and explain to us what really happened!
What do you think about Dinah's comments? Do you think she said those things on purpose or was it just a slip of the tongue? Let us know what you think in the comments section below!
