It’s been several weeks since a suicide bomber set off an explosion killing 22 innocent concertgoers as they left the Manchester Arena following Ariana Grande’s performance. In the following weeks, Ariana and several other of the world’s biggest celebrities came together to raise money and perform at the One Love Manchester concert which was held in honor of the victims. Not only that but information about everyone who lost their lives has started to come out publicly and the details are truly tragic.
Teens Chloe Rutherford and Liam Curry attended the concert that night and were both killed. These two had been dating for quite some time. Their family and friends described them as “inseparable.” Chloe and Liam were laid to rest together a few days ago after a service at St Hilda’s Church in South Shields.

The reverend who led the service said, “Chloe and Liam were and still are an image of love. They were inseparable in life, they are both inseparable in death, and now they are inseparable with the angels in heaven.”
Both Chloe and Liam’s caskets were white. The flowers that laid on top were incredibly beautiful. The church was reportedly packed with hundreds of people as well as mourners who stood outside. Families asked attendees to wear pink or blue in honor of Chloe and Liam. “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran was played as the procession made their way into the church and a rendition of Ariana’s song “One Last Time” was sung as well.

Ariana sang that song at the One Love Manchester benefit concert too. But, it was Chloe who also had a voice of her own. She was studying music in college at the time of her death and was an amazing singer. There was a recording of her singing Keane’s song “Somewhere Only We Know” as her and Liam’s caskets were carried out of the service.
Ariana has made it a point to never forget the victims who lost their lives because of this tragedy. She not only has met with families and visited the injured in the hospital, but also continues to honor the people who are no longer with us. Chloe and Liam will always be remembered and now they will be together forever.
