The incident allegedly happened during his South American tour last year, and the judge is using all "necessary means" to tell the singer he has 60 days to appear in court. The judge says that if he fails to comply, he'll be hit with an international arrest order.
Yikes! That sounds like it could end up a lot more dramatically than his punishment for egging his neighbor's house, especially because he doesn't have the greatest history of playing nice in Argentina. The singer caused major controversy when he was caught on camera kicking the Argentinian flag off the stage. We thought he was really trying to stay out of trouble, so we hope he gets this incident figured out.
