Selena Gomez recently got quite the honor! She's a very busy gal with her album REVIVAL doing so well, but it seems that even with all of this on her plate there's more about to be added to her roster of things to do!
Variety has exclusively revealed that the "Good For You" singer and Netflix are in final negotiations to adapt the best-selling young adult novel 13 Reasons Why as a 13-episode series with Selena set to executive produce. The series would be based on the 2007 novel of the same name from author Jay Asher and it tells the stories surrounding the late Hannah Baker, a high school student who committed suicide. We read the book and can say it's a beautiful and haunting story that could be amazing adapted for the small screen.
We would love to see an adaptation of this novel and can't wait to hear if this is set to happen soon! Can we say Netflix binge-watching time?
