The Suite Life On Deck actor Windell D. Middlebrooks sadly passed away last week. After tons of celebrities Windell worked with on the Disney Channel and Disney XD's Mighty Meds took to the web with their memories and sweet messages for Windell, the cause of his passing has been revealed.
TMZ is reporting that Windell passed from a pulmonary embolism, which is a blockage in the main artery of the lung, often caused by blood clots.
Our thoughts are with Windell's family and friends during this very sad time. Windell, you will be missed.
