Ciara Bravo stars as Katie Knight on Big Time Rush, which means she's got the real scoop on your fave BTR boys. Read on to find out what it's really like to play Kendall Schmidt's little sister on TV, why she keeps getting stuck in vents, and what BTR guest star Russell Brand is really like!

J-14: Can you tell us about your character, Katie? Are you anything like her in real life?
Ciara Bravo:
My character is very sarcastic and conniving. She is great at thinking up a plan on the spot, but she also has a sweet side to her — she does have feelings, which can be very hard to believe sometimes, especially for her brother. I'd say she's very different from me. I don't think I could be as conniving as Katie. I would describe myself, without trying to sound narcissistic, as a nice person. I love making friends and just being completely goofy. With my best friends around, I just go crazy. I'm talkative too!

J-14: What was your fave BTR episode so far?
Ciara:
I love the pranks episode ["Big Time Pranks"] because all of the crazy stuff we had to do. For example, when I had to spray the silly string, I was flopping down from a vent and just like going completely crazy with it. I love Big Time Rush because every day on set, something new happens and you're just like, 'Bever before would this ever happen!' In the "Robin and Hoodie" episode, I was dropping from vents again and from a locker. I'm always popping out of something — a duffle bag in one episode or from a vent or a trash can [in another]. I've done it all.

J-14: You play Kendall's little sister on the show. Is he like a big brother to you in real life as well?
Ciara:
He has. He is exactly like the perfect big brother because he's really sweet, but then he also messes with you. But he's so much fun to be around and is just fantastic. I do have real siblings. I have an older sister and a younger brother, but Kendall is like an addition to the family. We love to just hang out and talk. I play guitar now, so Kendall and I sometimes jam out on the guitar. He's very good at guitar — he's amazing. He teaches me some stuff on the guitar and we just hang out, chill, and mess with each other.

J-14: What was it like being in Natasha Bedingfield's "Love Like This" music video?
Ciara:
That was my first job, actually. My hair was lighter then, so I wasn't as much of a brunette as I was — there were chunks of blonde in my hair. It was a lot of fun. Your first experience on set, everything is so crazy because it's something you wouldn't imagine would happen in your wildest dreams and finally, your first job, your dreams are starting to come true. It's an amazing feeling. Natasha wasn't there when I was filming, but I did go to a meet and greet, and I talked to her and was like, "I was in your music video." She was like, "Thank you so much! I appreciate it. I know it was a rushed decision." I actually got a picture with her, and we weren't allowed to have pictures. It made me feel really special.

J-14: Russell Brand is guest starring on Big Time Rush. What was he like on set?
Ciara:
He is so funny and sweet. I love Russell Brand. He is an amazing guy. He's one of those people you can just talk to forever, for hours on end. We talked about stuff that we're talking about now, sort of like where I came from, how I was hired, crazy stories like that. I didn't really get any [of his] jokes, but he's just hilarious.
