Summer 2017 has been absolutely sizzling, but school break is quickly coming to a close. Before we plan our outfits for the first day back from vacation or we buy our supplies for the next semester, J-14 is holding a vote for the Hottest Couple of Summer. We want to know which relationship you think was the best of the season!

Perrie Edwards and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards and her soccer superstar sweetie Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain became a couple at the end of last year. Perrie had previously been engaged to former One Direction member Zayn Malik but broke things off in 2015 — and if her single “Shoutout To My Ex” is telling, it seems like their relationship didn’t end amicably. Now, Perrie seems to be doing better than ever with her new beau. The couple took vacations to Saint Lucia and France together earlier this year that had us green with envy. Perrie has also been spotted supporting her bae at his Arsenal games. Seems like they’re truly each other’s biggest fans!
Michael Clifford and Crystal Leigh
Five Seconds of Summer guitarist Michael Clifford and his model girlfriend Crystal Leigh are one of the best haired couples we’ve ever seen. OK, maybe that’s a weird thing to say, but we mean it. The twosome is literally picture perfect, with his shaggy blonde mop and her deep purple locks. Though clearly edgy individuals, it seems like Michael and Crystal both have soft spots for each other. Michael confirmed the romance on New Year’s Eve when he posted a video on Instagram of them enjoying the romantic fireworks. What a heartfelt way to tell the world about the girl you love!
Louis Tomlinson and Eleanor Calder
Louis Tomlinson and Eleanor Calder have recently rekindled their romance, proving that if it’s meant to be, it will be. They were long-term boyfriend and girlfriend at the start of Louis’ One Direction career, beginning their relationship in September 2011. But the blogger remained in England when she started college, while he continued to tour around the world. They ultimately split in March 2015, but reconnected in January 2017 after the death of Louis’ mom Johannah. Despite years of separation, Louis and Eleanor have found their ways back to each other and it seems like this relationship is stronger than ever!
Rydel Lynch and Ellington Ratliff
Rydel Lynch and Ellington Ratliff have been besties for the longest time. Originally family friends, the two lovebirds are also bandmates in R5. The band confirmed Rydel and Ellington are in a relationship in April 2015, during their one night documentary, "R5: All Day, All Night." Ellington has even admitted that he asked Rydel out on a beach! After spending so much time together, the twosome has grown super close and comfortable around each other. Every time we see them in public, Rydel and Ellington are always joking around and having a good time!
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner
Though they choose to keep their relationship very private, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are cute AF together. The relationship began last fall, and the twosome has been going strong ever since. In early November, the 27-year-old JoBro and the 21-year-old actress were spotted together at a Kings of Leon concert before the MTV Europe Music Awards. Joe and Sophie even spent Halloween and Thanksgiving together. What better way to build a good foundation for a relationship than to spend holidays together! Sophie describes, “I’m happier than I’ve been in a very long time.” Ugh, we’re so happy for these two.
Liam Payne and Cheryl
Even though they haven't been publicly photographed together much this summer, Liam Payne and Cheryl are always talking about each other, and it's clear they're totally in love! The couple first met when a young aspiring pop star Liam auditioned for the The X Factor judges, including Cheryl, back in 2009. The pair started seeing each other while Cheryl was going through a divorce, and they’ve been together ever since. This year, the proud parents welcomed their first child together, little baby Bear. Liam has had nothing but kind words about his new family life, and sharing the experience with Cheryl. Aw!
