We have sad news for Jonas Brothers fans. After selling over 20 million records, starring in a couple Camp Rock movies and even having their own show on the Disney Channel, the guys have decided to call it quits after eight long years as a band — at least for now.
In an interview with E! News, Kevin Jonas said, "It's over for now. It's really hard to say 'forever.' We're closing a chapter, for sure."
Evidently Nick Jonas was the bandmate who was having the most problems with the group, telling People, "I was feeling kind of trapped. I needed to share my heart with my brothers."
Although Nick may have been the one who first came out about wanting to end the group, Joe Jonas made sure everyone knew they were all in this together, saying, "It was a unanimous decision."
