Camp Rock 2 star Meaghan Martin just announced that she landed the lead role of Jo in the new movie Mean Girls 2.
In the flick, Jo befriends a new girl, Abby, because the Abby's dad promises Jo a free ride to college. Jo and Abby decide to take on The Plastics, lead by Maiara Walsh from Desperate Housewives and Cory in the House.
The movie will start shooting in Atlanta next week.
