The fans at Miley Cyrus' show in London this past weekend got more than they bargained for when the singer took an opportunity to totally diss her ex-fiancé, Liam Hemsworth! It seemed like Miley was over her Hunger Games ex, but after this incident, the star clearly still has some healing to do.
According to MTV, Miley decided to tell the crowd exactly how "Wrecking Ball" came to be, saying, "I wrote this song after somebody broke my heart, and I just wanted to say f— you. I wanted to write a No. 1 hit, something that would be on the radio — he would hear my song and will keep hearing it for the rest of his life."
Ouch! Something pretty bad must have happened for Miley to want to punish Liam for all eternity. Miley claimed the thought of her dog made her cry in the music video for the hit, but if all of this is true, those tears might have had more meaning than we thought.
UPDATE: Miley tweeted that she wasn't talking about Liam on stage — just guys in general. Do you believe her?
