Monica Ten-Kate spoke exclusively with J-14 recently. And, she revealed that she believes that staying healthy is important!

When asked about how she feels about staying on track with one's health, Monica confessed that it can be done but it's definitely not easy!

"Ever since season one, watching the show, it’s kind of opened my eyes…I do think it goes back to being a medium because we’re constantly giving energy it’s hard for us to have the energy to take care of our own bodies…we kind of let those things go a little. Watching TV, I’m constantly drinking and eating bad food. I’m like, ‘oh my god, I need to get healthy.’ Ever since the show started airing I’ve wanted to change my life. I’m working out 4 times a week, I’ve changed my diet, I’m working on getting in shape," confessed Monica.

We totally get it that sometimes it's hard to take care of ourselves! But, with the right diet and exercise you can make it happen! We are happy that Monica is staying so healthy!
