New music from Raven-Symoné is almost here! The actress shared the big news with fans and followers on Thursday, November 7, just after she was unmasked as the Black Widow spider on FOX’s series, The Masked Singer. She posted a video to Instagram to thank everyone for watching her on the show and to announce that a song, titled “33,000,” is coming soon.

“Yo, last night was crazy. I had such a great time on The Masked Singer,” she said in the video. “Again, thanks for everyone who helped me out and got me through that. Oh My Goodness. Thank you to all the supporters out there. Thank you so much, I had such a great time. So, yeah, I’m releasing new music. ‘33,000’ is happening, I’m very excited.”

This song will be the Raven’s Home star’s first single since her self-titled album, Raven-Symoné, dropped back in 2008. Naturally, fans have a lot of questions. Like, when will it come out? Will there be a music video? Is she going to release an album, too? Unfortunately, the songstress hasn’t answered any of these questions yet, but hopefully she shares some new details soon.

Raven’s big announcement came just after she opened up about her love of music and how performing on The Masked Singer allowed her to be herself. Hopefully, her new music represents who she really is.

“I did this show because I love to sing, but I’ve always sung songs that didn’t always represent who I was as a person, or I didn’t feel comfortable enough in my own skin on stage to perform,” she said on the show. “So I thought, if I could put on a mask and a costume and be a whole different character, I could perform like I do in my personal mirror. And so I did.”
