Stop what you’re doing, Vampire Diaries fans! Paul Wesley secretly got hitched to girlfriend Ines de Ramon, and we’re all just finding out about it now. Wait, what?
That’s right, you guys. According to an E News! report, the couple managed to keep their marriage under wraps, but a photo obtained by the outlet clearly shows the couple wearing rings on that finger (you know the one) while taking a stroll on February 7.
If you’re looking forward to seeing more photos of the newlyweds, though, don’t hold your breath. The heartthrob has shared a very limited amount of photos of his new wife on Instagram, and as for her — well, her account is private. Plus, they haven’t even walked a red carpet together, which is kind of shocking if you ask us.
The actor did, however, share this candid snapshot of his bride back in September, which he captioned, “Throwback Thursday” as Ines overlooked the San Gennaro Festival in New York City. We told you he’s an under-sharer.
Prior to finding love with Ines, Paul dated his Vampire Diaries costar Phoebe Tonkin on and off between 2013 and 2017. In March 2017, sources confirmed to Us Weekly that their relationship was over, saying, “They definitely broke up.”
What you may not know, however, is that his marriage to Ines is definitely not his first. Before he dated Pheobe, the actor was married to Vampire Diaries Cast Torrey DeVitto, who appeared as a guest on the hit CW series. The couple was married from 2011 to 2013, but obviously, things didn’t quite work out.
Although Paul has had quite a few failed relationships (and one failed marriage) in the past, we seriously couldn’t be happier that he’s found the person he wants to spend the rest of his life with. And while it doesn’t seem like we’ll be getting cute photos of the adorable pair anytime soon, we’re not losing hope just yet. Congrats, you two!
