OK, so we know it’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about The Wanted, but seriously, this is some exciting stuff. Tom Parker took to YouTube to share an adorable announcement that he and his wife Kelsey are expecting their first child, and it’s seriously the cutest.
It all started when the 30-year-old posted a photo on Instagram with the words “something’s cooking” spelled out on a plate. In the caption, he prompted his followers to click the link in his bio, which led to the almost two-minute-long video announcement on YouTube.
From the second the video begins, it’s clear that Tom and Kelsey are total couple goals. Plus, it was perfect for Valentine’s Day. The short video starts with Tom shopping in the supermarket and then returning home to his wife and their adorable puppies with flowers in his hand.
NGL, the lyrics of the song were pretty much a dead giveaway that they were announcing a pregnancy. The song was all about a family of two turning into a family of three, and honestly, it had us tearing up a bit! However, if you weren’t listening closely and the lyrics went right over your head, the couple made a huge reveal at the end.
After cooking a meal in the kitchen together, they made it clear that wasn’t the only thing they were cooking, if you catch our drift.
The adorable couple then displayed a sign that said, “Baby Parker due July 2019.” Ahh!
In addition to the sign, Kelsey held up a picture of her sonogram, so yes, ladies and gents, it’s really happening. The due date is July 7, 2019, but if you’re wondering if the baby’s going to be a boy or girl, you’re going to have to wait to find out.
We don’t know about you, but we’ll be keeping our eyes glued to their YouTube channel as we not-so-patiently wait for more details. Congrats, you two!
