Zayn Malik dropped his music video for "Like I Would" yesterday, and it's already causing serious controversy. (It really shouldn't be.) The video has a futuristic style that gives us major Tron vibes, but rapper Azealia Banks got into a huge fight with the former One Direction singer — and it all started with his newly-released video. Things started off calm, but quickly picked up speed.

Azealia called out the Bradford Bad Boy for copying her style. Although the conversation would later get acrimonious, it started off pretty tame.
"Zayn be mood boarding the [crap] out [of] me ?.. I'm not mad about this though. Zayn is a cutie pie," she wrote.

After fans picked up on this, Zayn presumably responded to her accusation on Twitter, saying, "My @s too good for you." Well, that's when things really took off!

The rapper told him he needs to "simmer down" because she makes better music than him, and accused him of being a Justin Bieber wannabe. Then, she launched off into a racist and homophobic series of tweets.

However, Zayn seem totally confused about why Azealia was "saying nasty things" about him! He clarified that he wasn't talking about the rapper, but the damage has already been done. At least the former 1D guy is keeping a pretty cool head throughout the controversy.
