Abigail Breslin got major flack when she was caught accidentally throwing shade at Taylor Swift, and she's finally given the real story behind her mocking "Blank Space" comments. She told HuffPost Live that she was inspired by looking at herself with her new kitten one day.
“I was walking in my apartment, and I stopped in front of my mirror, and I had my hair in a topknot, and my glasses on, and no makeup on and a bathrobe on, with my cat and like a handful of its food, trying to give it medicine," she said.

"I was like ‘wow my life, I look like an emotionally unstable cat lady.’”
That story definitely makes sense, especially because Taylor's song is all about making fun of that "crazy" stereotype.
Still, we don't think the 1989 singer would hold it against her. (She'd probably think it was funny too.) Everything is probably all cool between them!
