OMG, you guys. Hailey Baldwin just appeared on The Late Late Show With James Corden to play Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts, and apparently, she would rather eat something called “pig flesh meat jelly” before rating Justin Bieber‘s hairstyles from best to worst. Uh, what?
That’s right! The 22-year-old was faced with three photos of her now-husband‘s most talked-about looks. One of the photos featured the classic Bieber swoosh circa 2009, another featured his bleached dreadlocks circa 2016 and the final photo featured his messy 2018 hair, which — let’s face it — we all hated.
Although the model didn’t say anything about JB’s recent long locks, she shockingly complimented the dreads, and it’s safe to say the talk show host was SHOOK.
The model said, “OK, first of all, he is so handsome. … I loved the dreads, personally. I thought they looked really cool.”
James, however, wasn’t too fond of that particular look, saying, “Shut the front door. Love is blind, kids. Love is blind.”
He also shared his own opinion on the hairstyle, saying, “This is clearly the worst one. Just to be clear, even Justin would be like, ‘Yeah, you’re right. That was a dark time.’
Still, Hailey insisted she loved it, saying, “I think he looks hot.”
The dreads weren’t the only hairstyle that she liked, though. Hailey was also a really big fan of the 2009 swoosh, but let’s be real, the “No Brainer” crooner was absolutely adorable when he was just starting out, so that doesn’t come as much of a surprise.
“There’s absolutely no doubt he’s an adorable kid,” she said. “You know, who didn’t love the swoosh?” Well, she’s got a point there!
Unfortunately, the Drop the Mic host couldn’t go much further than that, and when it came time to comment on his long hair from summer 2018, she decided she couldn’t possibly slam any of his past hairdos. Instead, she chose to eat the pig flesh meat jelly. Ahh, the things we do for love.
