The time has finally come for Hailey Baldwin to walk down the aisle. Yeah, that’s right. After postponing their wedding celebration multiple times, it appears that the model and her husband, Justin Bieber, are finally ready to commemorate their marriage! According to Us Weekly, they’ve officially picked a date for the party and, um, it’s even sooner than we all thought.
“They have talked about possibly having their wedding closer to their one-year marriage anniversary date in September,” an insider told the outlet.
OMG. It seems like we’ve been waiting ages to see the 22-year-old in a gorgeous white gown and the “Love Yourself” crooner in a swoon-worthy tux, right? And now that the time is almost upon us, we’re seriously freaking out!
As fans know, the pair actually tied the knot last September at a New York City courthouse. And although they’re already technically husband and wife, it’s been reported that they still want to have a big wedding celebration with all of their friends and family, the outfits, the decorations, the speeches, the cake — you know, all that jazz.
So why have they waited so long to have the party, you ask? Well, according to Us Weekly, they postponed the celebration so that the 25-year-old singer could focus on his mental health.
A source previously spilled to the magazine that Justin was “not in a great place” and they wanted to “wait until he’s more stabilized.”
As fans know, Justin’s actually been pretty open about his issues, and he even sought out professional help for them.
“Just wanted to keep you guys updated a little bit,” he wrote on Instagram back in March. “Hopefully what I’m going through will resonate with you guys. Been struggling a lot. Just feeling super disconnected and weird. I always bounce back so I’m not worried just wanted to reach out and ask for your guys to pray for me.”
Well, the fact that they’ve finally nailed down a date for the wedding must mean that he’s doing better, right? This is seriously the best news ever.
